Maximum dimensions

The sum of three measurements (length+height+width) should not exceed 203 cm:

How to buy?

  • It is most profitable on the site pobeda.aero or in mobile application:
    - when booking tickets
    - via Booking Management no later than 1 hour before departure
    - during online check-in no later than 4 hours before departure

  • You can also add baggage to your booking:
    - via Call center - if more than 4 hours before departure and not completed online-check-in
    - at the check-in desk at the airport - before the end of check-in for the flight

How much does excess baggage cost?

For each excess kilogram (up to 3 kg):

  • 500 ₽ at Russian airports
  • 10 € or 11 $ at foreign airports

Excess baggage from 4 to 9 kg:

  • 1,599-2,599 ₽ at Russian airports
  • 31 € or 35 $ at foreign airports

You can check in your baggage right to the final destination of the flight if you are flying:

  • domestic flights
  • from Russia abroad, except connecting flights via Saint Petersburg
  • from foreign airports by a connecting flight via Vnukovo airport

Please note that baggage can be checked in as transfer to the final destination only if it does not contain goods subject to customs declaration in writing. If you have such goods in your baggage, the baggage is checked in only to the transfer point. You need to collect your baggage at the transit airport, go through customs and re-check your baggage at the check-in counter.

The rules and conditions for the carriage, delivery and collection of Checked Baggage and Cabin Baggage are defined in Annex 2 to the Rules.

You can check in some sports equipment as special baggage for an additional fee.

Each client can carry:

Ski equipment*
One set of skis or a snowboard with additional equipment (boots, helmet, goggles) packed in one combined or two separate cases
Not more than two sets per person

*Within the included baggage allowance for the “Advantageous” and “Maximum” fare bundles, one piece of baggage can be replaced with:

  • skis/snowboard (1 set) together with additional equipment (boots, helmet, goggles) packed in one combined or two separate cases

The total weight and size of ski equipment:

  • for the “Advantageous” fare bundle - weight up to 10 kg, size not more than 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions
  • for the “Maximum” fare bundle - weight up to 20 kg, size not more than 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions

The total number of baggage pieces as part of a fare bundle, including ski equipment, should not be more than two.

All other sports equipment, except for the described above, is checked in as regular or oversized baggage.

All types of helmets that do not fit in the hand luggage dimensions of 36x30x27 cm (the total size of all items) are transported in checked baggage.

Baby strollers and cradles are transported free of charge in checked baggage. You can check them in as baggage at check-in or when boarding the plane. Registration of prams and cots at the front desk is required. Upon arrival, baby strollers and cradles are only available in the baggage claim area or in the oversized baggage claim area. Sledges, wheelchairs and car seats are transported only in baggage for an additional fee.

A soft cradle (if it can be folded) and a Kangaroo carrier are allowed in the cabin of the aircraft. The airlines does not provide cradles for babies.

An electric wheelchair is checked-in as checked baggage at the check-in counter in accordance with the procedure set forth in Annex 3 to the Rules of Air Service.

Oversized baggage is baggage with the size exceeding 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions (length+width+height). The maximum weight of one piece of oversized baggage is 32 kg. Such baggage is paid for separately per set rates at the check-in counter at the airport.

Cargo transportation in all directions is arranged by UTG-Express, CJSC, which provides the necessary services for airport and warehouse cargo handling.

Baggage loss
While you are in the baggage claim area, please go to the Lost Baggage or Baggage Claim counter. There you should complete a lost or damaged baggage report. After completing the report, your application will be assigned a number and you will be explained what to do next. If you have not been contacted within the next five days, fill in a special form.

Baggage damage
While you are in the baggage claim area, please go to the Lost Baggage or Baggage Claim counter. There you should complete a lost or damaged baggage report. A Pobeda airline customer or a person authorized by him/her can submit a claim. For this, you need to send the following documents (to 4/1, Kievskoe Shosse, 22nd km, pos. Moskovsky, Moscow, Russian Federation, 108811):

  • a free-form application stating your address, phone number, and email address
  • a Property Irregularity Report (PIR, the original copy)
  • receipts for expenses (the original copies)
  • a baggage tag (the original copy)
  • an itinerary receipt or a boarding pass (the original copy)
  • full bank account details for compensation remittance

 You can also file a complaint and send the documents online by filling in a special form.
