Baggage on Pobeda flights

There is no free baggage allowance on Pobeda flights for non-refundable tickets. Baggage should be paid separately at schedule rates.

If you are traveling with baggage, pay attention to the “Advantageous” and “Maximum” fare bundles. They already include baggage and seat selection. This is more profitable than book these options separately.

How to book baggage?

During tickets booking flow, the system will offer you three options: one baggage piece up to 10 kg, up to 20 kg or up to 32 kg.

What size of suitcase is allowed?

Up to 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions. How to check it? Measure the length, width and height of your suitcase and sum up these values.

How to pay for baggage?

The most profitable way – to pay for baggage on the website or the mobile application. It’s possible no later than 4 hours before departure. Attention: you can add baggage to your booking only before check-in.

Baggage service (and other services) is more expensive at the airport.

How to transport a stroller?

Baby strollers and cradles (while transporting a child), crutches and wheelchairs (for clients with limited mobility) may be carried in baggage free of charge.

How much do you charge for oversized baggage?

For each kilogram of overweight (up to 3 kg):

  • 500 rubles at the airports of the Russian Federation
  • 10 euros at foreign airports

How much do you charge for excess 4-9 kg?

  • 3000 rubles at the airports of the Russian Federation
  • 45 euros at foreign airports

How to carry sports equipment in baggage?

You can carry sports equipment (for example, long fishing rods, golf clubs, bicycles, scooters, fencing accessories, surfboards, bodyboards, snowboards, skis) for an additional fee. You can pay for such baggage via www.pobeda.aero, call center(8-809-505-47-77, will be charged 55 - 60.17 rubles per minute) or at the airport ticket offices.

Each client may transport:

Within the included baggage allowance for "Advantageous" and "Maximum", it is possible to replace one piece of baggage with:

- skis/snowboards (1 set) together with additional equipment (boots, helmet, glasses), packed in one common or two separate bags.

Total weight of ski equipment:

- for the " Advantageous" up to 10 kg, size no more than 203 cm by the sum of three dimensions
- for the "Maximum" up to 20 kg, size no more than 203 cm by the sum of three dimensions

The total number of pieces of baggage within the package, including ski equipment, is no more than 2.

How to carry oversized baggage?

Oversized baggage – baggage with dimensions exceeding 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions (length + width + height). The maximum weight of one piece of oversized baggage is 32 kg. Oversized baggage should be paid apart according to the airline fares at the check-in desk of the airport as well as via the call center - 8-809-505-47-77 (cost per minute: 55 rubles - 60 rubles 17 kopecks).

How to transport transfer baggage?

You can check your baggage right to your final destination:

  • If you fly from Russian airports abroad (in case you have no goods for declaration in your baggage).
  • If you fly from the following foreign airports through Vnukovo Airport: Girona, Bergamo, Bratislava, Pisa, Cologne, Memmingen, Larnaca, Tivat, Karlovy Vary, Baden-Baden, Varna, Istanbul, Alanya, Antalya.

In other cases, you need to collect baggage at the transit airport, proceed customs control and re-check baggage at the check-in desk.

The rules for the transport of liquids and other types of dangerous Baggage are defined in Appendix 3.

What should I do if baggage has been lost or damaged?

Without leaving the baggage claim room, contact the “Lost Baggage” or “Baggage Claims” desk. There you will need to fill out an act of lost or damaged baggage. After filling out all the papers you will be assigned the application number and tell you what to do next.
