June 10, Moscow. — Pobeda, a low-cost airline that is a part of the Aeroflot Group, transported 1,237,440 clients in May 2021, which is 43.7% more than in pre-pandemic May 2019. During the May holidays, May 1-10, Pobeda transported 398,000 clients.
On the month results, average passenger load factor has reached 94%.
The most popular routes were domestic flights from Moscow to such touristic destinations as Kaliningrad, Krasnodar, Minerelnye Vody, and Sochi.
The flights to Sochi from Russian regions saw high demand as well. The five most popular destinations included Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Perm, Saint Petersburg, and Ufa.
Pobeda continues to widen its routes network: on June 1 the flights from Moscow Sheremetyevo to Gorno-Altaisk, Yekaterinburg, Nalchik, Saint Petersburg, Sochi, and Ufa were launched; on June 2 — to Petrozavodsk. Pobeda has also launched flights to Anapa from Saint Petersburg and several regions.
